Journey deep in your dreams with our newest tea blend. Containing Mugwort, Vervain, Catnip, Lemon Balm, Yarrow, Rose and Mexican Dream Herb Calea, this blend has been made to enhance your slumbering adventures.  

Mugwort, Vervain, Yarrow and the Mexican Dream Herb, Calea zacatechichi, are traditional herbs known as oneirogens, meaning they have the potential to induce or enhance dream states, increase dream recall, vividness and colour, as well as facilitating lucid dreaming and astral travel.

Blended with the gentle sedative qualities of our homegrown Catnip and Lemon Balm, this tea helps to calm a restless mind and soothe the nervous system, making it suitable for bringing about a deep, restful sleep and encouraging clearer & more vivid dream states. Rose, the Queen of Flowers, brings about remembrance and meaningful connection to your dreams through heart-centred relaxation. 

How to Prepare:

After boiling the water, let it cool slightly before pouring onto the herbs in your teapot or cup; this allows for a more balanced flavour extraction. Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup, and let the herbs steep for 5–10 minutes before drinking.
