It is produced by gently pressing cacao mass to separate the smooth cacao butter from the cacao solids, resulting in a silky, aromatic butter with a delicate natural cacao fragrance.

Cacao Butter is naturally rich in healthy fats and has been valued for centuries as a nourishing and versatile part of the cacao plant. Unlike cacao paste, cacao butter contains very little of the cacao solids and therefore has a much milder cacao flavour.
